Characteristic:

1.High selectivity and sensitivity. The pseudo-positive rate of the measuring results is much lower than other enzymes. The mono-molecular actylcholine esterase is highly sensitive and can be selectively inhibited by organophosphor and carbamate. Since the AchE with different origin differs in sensitivity, selecting sensitive housefly as extract objection and breeding it will further improve its sensitivity to reagents.

2.Convenient use and low cost. It overcomes the difficulty in storing enzyme at room temperature and has a protracted room storage life of 15d with a loss of activity less than 5%. It is small-packaged and easy to carry about.
